PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE |

Preservation of Evidence
| - |
exact documentation and certification of the status quo, in particular of defects in existing objects. |
| - |
facilitates claims for damages after renovation or extension of existing objects, or in the course of warranting, containment to the actual dimensions. |
During the period of construction process there is documentation of the „initial state“ of the object or objects adjacent to the building project before the start of work. After building activities are completed, the status quo is assessed once again. Thus, any actual damages accrued through building activities can be determined, a calculation of costs made, and appropriate renovation measures be proposed.
In the course of warranting, damages due to the correction of defects are documented by a third party, in order to provide security against claims for damages. |
