COORDINATION OF CONSTRUCTION WORK   The Coordination of Construction Work according to Construction Coordination Law - guarantees health and safety protection for workers onsite while preparing for and performing construction tasks. If employees of different employers work concurrently or consecutively on one building site, the building owner is obliged to commission a site coordinator for the preparatory phase and one for the construction phase. Both tasks can be performed by a single person. PLANNING COORDINATION - PREPARATION OF THE BUILDING PROJECT   - Coordinating the implementation of basic principles for the prevention of risk according to the Protective Law for Employees, during implementation planning as well as preparation of the building project. - Formulating a health and safety protection plan. SITE COORDINATION - CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING   - Monitoring compliance with the health and safety protection plan on behalf of the building owner and the construction management. - Compiling reference documents for future work carried out on the building. - Coordinating the implementation of basic principles for the prevention of risks according to the Protective Law for Employees for technical and organizational planning, as well as the execution of tasks during construction of the building. - Monitoring the correct application of procedures. - Monitoring compliance with health and safety protection plans and the documents for tasks carried out later during construction.
